BankofAthletes has created mechanisms to better help you find the ideal athlete. Therefore, we provide criteria to best specify and classify an athlete.
There are two important autonomous mechanisms in our website that you should be aware: Accessibility and Status.
See below for more information on the above.
'ACCESSIBILITY' MECHANISM
What: A Number given to each athlete.
It is a mechanism that measures and shows the status of the athlete in accordance to its current club or legal rights owner. (This is not the shirt number of the athlete)
Purpose: Developed to help find an athlete to fit your needs.
Where: This mechanism is found below the athlete’s photo (Dummy with a circle and the accessibility number).
Classification: Numbers from 0 to 10.
Every athlete who is characterized as “Free” is represented by the number 0 (zero). Number 1 (one) specifies that the athlete is in an easier release situation and increasing consecutively; where an athlete with accessibility number 10 (ten) is in tight bond with current club and in a more difficult release situation.
When: The information showed in this mechanism is inserted by the client (responsible for the athlete), in accordance to the athlete´s current availability.
Number 0
• Athlete not affiliated to a club;
• Athlete looking for teams to play;
• Athlete working individually;
• Or any other similar situation in which the athlete is not contracted by any club.
Number 1 to 5
• Athlete who has a short term contract with a club;
• Athlete whose contract is due to finish;
• Low rescission fine in a contract with current club;
• Or any other similar situation that does not encounter great difficulties in a possible transfer or contracting of the athlete.
Number 6 to 10
• Athlete with long term contract;
• Athlete recently transferred by a club for a high transfer value;
• Possible future cup of a well known club;
• High rescission fine in a contract with current club;
• Well known international player;
• Or any other similar situation that encounters great difficulties in a possible transfer or contracting of the athlete.
'STATUS' MECHANISM
What: Cup or Cups given to each athlete
It is a mechanism that qualifies the athlete’s history. It does not show the athlete’s quality specifically, but the level (class, state) of his current career and the athlete’s participation level during his/her career.
Purpose: Developed to help find the ideal athlete’s profile for whoever searches.
Where: This mechanism is found next to each athlete´s photo.
• On the Home page, it is found next to the athlete’s photo.
• On the athlete’s page, it is found s below the athlete’s photo.
Classification: One cup to five cups.
When: The criteria of this mechanism was elaborated by the BankofAthletes Team. These criteria are used by our team of experts to classify each athlete. The criteria are applied on the information given by the client. See below the criteria for this mechanism:
