Birmingham sign Man Utd keeper Foster

Birmingham signed goalkeeper Ben Foster from Manchester United for an undisclosed fee on Wednesday.
Foster agreed a three-year contract with the Premier League team after deciding he needed to leave Old Trafford to further his career.
"Blues have today completed the signing of England international Ben Foster from Manchester United," a statement on the club's website confirmed.
The 27-year-old former Stoke stopper was unable to displace regular United number one Edwin van der Sar and even lost his place on the bench to Tomasz Kuszczak following some disappointing displays this season.
Foster, who has won four England caps, played only nine times for United this season and that lack of action cost him a place in Fabio Capello's provisional World Cup squad.
Despite his poor form at United, Foster was Birmingham manager Alex McLeish's first choice to replace Joe Hart after the England goalkeeper returned to Manchester City following his season-long loan at St Andrew's.
