Portsmouth shock Spurs to reach FA Cup final

Portsmouth's goalkeeper David James (L) scrambles back across his goal during the FA Cup semi-final football match between Tottenham Hotspur and Portsmouth at Wembley Stadium, north London. Portsmouth won 2-0.
Portsmouth defeated Tottenham 2-0 in the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley on Sunday to set up a final clash with holders Chelsea.
Just 24 hours after Portsmouth were relegated from the Premier League as a result of West Ham's win over Sunderland, the beleaguered Fratton Park club booked their place in the final for the second time in three seasons.
Avram Grant's side took the lead nine minutes into extra-time when French striker Frederic Piquionne took advantage of a slip by Michael Dawson to fire home.
Then former Tottenham midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng scored with a penalty in the 117th minute after Wilson Palacios fouled Aruna Dindane.
Pompey, winners of the competition under current Spurs boss Harry Redknapp in 2008, will face Grant's former club Chelsea at Wembley on May 15.
It is a remarkable achievement for Portsmouth, who were deducted nine points for going into administration in February with debts of over 76 million pounds.
